Meet Paul (left), our Head Chef who has been instrumental in delivering this wholesome, tasty Spring Menu for you to enjoy.

In the time that Paul has been with us, he has reinvigorated our menu and ensures every product served at all our stores is something we can be proud of and you can enjoy!  He is long list of experience includes:

  • Head Chef – Fedoras Restaurant (Hilton Hotel)
  • Executive Sous Chef – Glenelg Pier Hotel
  • Head Chef – Brighton Jetty Cafe,
  • Head Chef – Ramsgate Hotel
  • Sous Chef – Rococo’s (Hastings St, Noosa)

Supporting Paul in the Grass Roots kitchen is Hien.  His list of experience includes a diverse stint at the then Hyatt Regency covering the Shiki Restaurant, Banquet Kitchens & Riverside Kitchen, consulting on Entropy’s menu & Executive Sous Chef at the Kent Town Hotel.
